This policy explains which personal data ITS Imports processes, why, and how you can exercise your rights under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
Who is responsible
ITS Imports, based in Jacareí, São Paulo, Brazil, is the controller of the data processed on this site and through our contact channels. For any matter concerning your data, including contacting our data protection officer, write to contato@itsimports.com.br.
What this site collects
This is a corporate site. It has no sign-up, login, forms or checkout, and it uses no tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics.
Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs technical data for each visit, such as IP address, browser, page visited, date and time. These logs keep the site secure and available and are retained for the period required by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Law 12,965/2014).
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we use your name, contact details and whatever you tell us to reply and follow up. We keep this information while the conversation or business relationship lasts, and afterwards for as long as the law requires.
When you buy on a marketplace
IT'S Fitness products are sold on Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu, Shopee, TikTok Shop and Netshoes. Each channel processes your data under its own policy. We receive from the channel only what we need to issue the invoice, deliver the order and provide customer service and warranty.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share only what is strictly necessary with carriers, with the marketplace where you bought, with providers that help us operate (hosting, email, accounting) and with authorities when the law requires it.
Your rights
At any time, you may ask for:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymisation, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary or processed unlawfully;
- portability to another provider;
- information on who we share your data with;
- withdrawal of consent, where processing depends on it.
Just write to contato@itsimports.com.br. We reply within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Security
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to customer service data is limited to the people who need it to do their work.

Links to marketplaces and social networks lead to sites with their own policies, which we do not control.

When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page, with its update date at the top.
